Salary Range: $86,670 - $96,300

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires excellent time management and communication skills. This position communicates directly with internal and external customers, and coordinates and facilitates all contracted intermodal and automotive hub services agreements to ensure BNSF service needs are met and aligned with volume and capacity demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Prepare and coordinate all contracted intermodal and automotive hub service agreements
- Develop and prepare drayage service and other maintenance and repair agreements
- Maintain and update intermodal container yard and rail storage agreements
- Strategic Sourcing partnership and coordination
- Internal partner tracking and coordination with BNSF Law, Risk, and Tax departments
- Develop business understanding and application of basic legal and risk management concepts in contract development
- Contract rate escalation analysis, processing, and update communications
- Delegation of Authority processing on contract signatures
- Lead bi-monthly contract review with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate and communicate monthly updates for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Leverage AI and/or other tools in analyzing prior contracts and rate data with new agreements to help highlight key differences and drive business decisions
- Assist with other intermodal and automotive storage and capacity management functions when needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must have excellent and effective oral and written communication skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple work assignments and time critical activities when needed
- Must be able to work effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Must be results driven
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Intermodal and/or Automotive rail services
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint software applications is highly desired
- Knowledge and some experience in usage of AI tools and technology
