Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical person to join as a Manager in our product, finance and investments team. This role will support decision-making workflows by performing financial modeling, analyzing financial data, reconciling and creating intelligent reports. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of financial concepts, and is adept at using financial tools and software. He/she is able to lead analysts in the team and manage planning and delivery of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand what clients and stakeholders want, understand compliance and regulations, be able to define product requirements and ensure they are accurately translated into product features.

• Support senior management in creating the product roadmap, prioritization and track the pipeline.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to build, test and support business products.

• Develop and maintain financial models to project results, including but not limited to valuations, cash flow, and balances.

• Analyze current and past financial data, identifying trends and variances; be able to perform reconciliations and suggest product and workflow improvements.

• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, outlining key results and metrics.

• Capable of performing investigations on results and community effectively with clients

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially software engineering team to evaluate and improve products and processes. Be able to lead and manage analysts and take responsibility of deliverables and quality of output.

• Create and maintain documentation for models, product, workflows.

• Assist in preparing financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, Statistics, or related field and/or Specialist Accounting/Finance Professional Certification.
  
• Preferred – 5+ years of experience as a financial/accounting analyst/lead or in a similar role.
  
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other MS Office Suite tools (Word, Power point, Email) and financial and operational software.
  
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to lead team and meet deadlines.
