Description

Sr. Analyst & Program Manager, Organization Effectiveness & Workforce Planning

Location: Raleigh, NC Reports to: Head of Talent & HR for Enterprise Functions

Mandate: Move our talent work forward with better tools, better data, and disciplined delivery.

Our Sr. Analyst & Program Manager, Organization Effectiveness & Workforce Planning is a multifaceted talent leader with strong acumen in program management, data, AI, and tool and process building for workforce planning and organization effectiveness. You build and deploy the tools and processes in OE and workforce planning that make us faster, turn talent and organization data into insight our leaders act on, and help our team execute a wide variety of critical talent priorities. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative seat for someone who likes data, builds useful things, and makes plans actually happen.

Core Responsibilities

• Toolkits & enablement: Build and deploy tools and processes that enable us to move faster and create a greater impact. That includes AI-enabled talent scanning and market mapping built with our Talent Acquisition and Talent Products leaders, the workforce planning processes, and the deployment, training, and adoption of our change management application and organization design toolkits.

• Workforce planning: Deliver the tools and processes behind our strategic workforce planning process alongside our Talent leadership team. Roll up the capability needs coming out of talent strategy and translate it into hiring and capability plans. Then run the system that tracks our pipelines and the talent and organization actions committed across the business. Help ensure the team has a system of clear tools to track actions and progress.

• Talent insights & workplace health: Analyze internal and external data to give us a clear view of organization and workplace health, from spans and layers and role clarity through engagement, attrition, and employee relations trends, visualized and tracked over time against external benchmarks. Do the preparation and analysis behind major organization changes, building the fact base our HR Business Partners and business leaders use to make the call.

• Talent priorities: Support the execution of our talent strategy and annual cycle of talent activities, from goal setting and the performance cycle through talent reviews and succession. Help to deliver the tools, resources and enablement required to deliver with excellence and partnering closely with our HR Technology & Shared Services team.

Position Requirements

This opportunity could be for you if:

• You have done program management in HR, ideally in talent management, workforce planning, or organization effectiveness.

• You are highly analytical and AI literate, with advanced Excel and proficiency in Power BI, data analysis, and visualization.

• You build useful things, turning a messy process into a tool, a dashboard, or a tracker people actually use.

• You are comfortable doing hands-on research and market mapping, and you know how to use AI to do it well.

• You work well across many stakeholders at once, keeping them aligned without authority over any of them.

What success looks like in the next 12 to 18 months

• We have a rolled-up view of capability needs with a buy, build, and borrow plan, translated into hiring and capability plans.

• Market mapping is running for our most important roles, with pipelines we can see and act on.

• Key talent and organization actions across the business are tracked in one place our leaders trust.

• Our change and talent tools are deployed, with partners and managers trained and using them.
