Sr. Analyst Programmer – .NET, Cloud
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000 per month
About the role
This is a software development role focused on building and supporting web services using .NET technologies. You will be responsible for coding, testing, debugging, and overall solution design quality, working across the full Software Development Life Cycle. You will collaborate with business partners, architects, and project teams to identify technical and functional needs, deliver new capabilities, and remediate issues in business applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience using .NET technologies, with a strong focus on building and supporting web services
Strong expertise in core .NET concepts, including Multi-threading, Generics, Serialization, and Thread Pools
Extensive experience developing and consuming Web Services and Web APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, SOAP UI, and client generation
In-depth experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms for Web APIs
Experience deploying and managing APIs and .NET applications in Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
Experience deploying .NET applications using GitHub Actions to Azure App Services and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)
Strong front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and React JS, with expertise in cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design
Solid understanding and hands-on experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience using modern development tools, including Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code (VS Code)
Key responsibilities
Perform coding, testing, debugging, and ensure overall solution design quality
Make key system design and integration decisions and communicate them to implementation teams
Work with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs and priorities
Manage standard system processes and enhancements, ensuring solution design adheres to industry software design best practices
Work with requirements team and business partners to understand scope, priorities, and requirements for development
Deliver new capabilities in business applications and remediate issues with project teams
Contribute to defining timetables and project plans
Analyze and estimate feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with existing systems
Ensure required application performance levels are achieved
