Treasury Operations Senior Analyst
Position Summary
The Treasury Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for overseeing the organization's disbursement processes, cash management activities, and treasury operations. This role serves as a key financial partner in maintaining liquidity, optimizing working capital, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring strong financial controls. The position provides analytical insight and operational leadership to support business objectives while driving process improvements across accounts payable and treasury functions.

Accounts Payable & Disbursement Management: Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice review, payment execution (ACH, wires, checks), vendor issue resolution, and optimization of payment practices to support strong vendor relationships and working capital objectives.

Cash Management & Treasury Operations: Manage daily cash positioning, monitor liquidity, administer banking platforms and user access, coordinate funding requirements, and ensure timely execution of all company payment obligations.

Cash Forecasting & Financial Analysis: Develop short-term cash forecasts, analyze cash flow trends, support working capital initiatives, perform account reconciliations, and provide insights and reporting to Finance leadership.

Internal Controls, Compliance & Process Improvement: Serve as a key control owner over disbursement activities, ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements, support audits, identify risks, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
Required:
- Bachelor of Accounting
- Intermediate English
- Five years of accounting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization
- Excellent analytical skills in interpreting financial data and processes
- Excellent technical skills in Accounting, with strong computer aptitude and PC skills
Preferred:
Postgraduate studies related to finance or administration.
