Sr. Architect
Summary
Senior Architect leads design and execution of airport and commercial building projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and coordinating with engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and development for Airport and Commercial projects from concept to execution stage.
- Prepare and review design drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with aviation authority guidelines, local building codes, fire safety norms, and regulatory standards.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Support tender documentation, BOQ preparation, and technical evaluation of vendors.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Mentor junior architects and guide the design team.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget constraints
- Bachelor’s in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 15 years of relevant experience in Airport and Commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of NBC, international airport design standards, and commercial building regulations.
