Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of all shop drawing submittals as per contract requirements, IFC/ID drawings
Coordination with construction site, Subcontractor, consultant & client.
Produce conceptual design, architectural and interior design when its required.
Engage in material selection for the project and coordinate with the team.
Engage in meetings with all subcontractor, contractor, consultant & Clients
Solve problems by thinking laterally and understanding the needs and requirements of stakeholders to provide planning and design solutions in a changing environment.
Having experience in preparing the DM submissions.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player and capacity to take the lead in the project
Revit, CAD drawings and 2D imagery applications such as Photoshop.
Record all the drawings distribution in drawing control register.
To carry out the main drawing based on the specification by the Manager Projects.
