Sr. Associate / Assistant Manager | Occupier Services

1. Drive business development by identifying and securing leasing, acquisition, disposition, renewal, occupier representation, and strata-title sale opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

2. Advise corporate occupiers and investors on real estate strategies, including office leasing, portfolio optimization, location selection, transaction management, and market opportunities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, investors, and industry partners to support business growth and client retention.

4. Prepare proposals, presentations, marketing materials, market analyses, financial evaluations, and transaction recommendations.

5. Conduct market research and maintain accurate client databases, CRM records, and transaction pipelines.

6. Lead and manage leasing, sales, and transaction processes, including stakeholder coordination, negotiations, and transaction execution.

7. Deliver high-quality advisory services throughout the transaction lifecycle to achieve optimal client outcomes and satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with internal service teams to provide integrated real estate solutions.

9. Support the Department Head in business planning, strategic initiatives, operational management, and day-to-day administration.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.

2. At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, corporate real estate, occupier representation, office leasing, or related advisory services.

3. Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

5. Real estate broker license or relevant professional certifications would be an advantage.
