Sr. Associate, CISO Marketing & Communications

Role Summary

The CISO, Infrastructure and Cloud Services organization enables Pfizer’s mission by delivering secure, resilient, and scalable technology platforms that support operations and future growth. Through a unified operating model, it strengthens accountability, accelerates decision‑making, and improves availability, security, and cost efficiency.

The Sr. Associate, CISO Marketing & Communications will support the Senior Manager, Marketing and Enterprise Awareness to develop meaningful marketing materials that tell the CISO story to external clients by executing strategic, creative, and visually compelling communications including presentations, graphics, pictures, charts and tables that support cybersecurity awareness, organizational priorities, and business outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies aligned with CISO priorities and strategy and portfolio management objectives

  • Lead the design and creation of visually compelling materials, including PowerPoint presentations, infographics, newsletters, ePosters, and digital assets

  • Write, edit, and manage internal newsletters and organizational communications to drive awareness and engagement

  • Translate complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences

  • Maintain and update content on SharePoint and other internal platforms to ensure accurate and timely communications

  • Develop executive-level presentations and utilize Excel to support data visualization and storytelling

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Cyber Defense, Infrastructure, Cloud) to align messaging and deliver coordinated communications

  • Support and execute end-to-end marketing and awareness campaigns, including cybersecurity initiatives and organizational updates

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics using tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and other design platforms

  • Contribute to video development and digital storytelling efforts to enhance communication reach and engagement

  • Ensure consistency with Pfizer Digital and Technology and CISO branding standards across all materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communication, or Graphic Design preferred with at least 2 years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations that are compelling, impactful and professional designed

  • Experience using programs such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Excel

  • Aptitude for quick, creative thinking

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $79,400.00 to $132,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
