Role: Techno Manager for Delivery & Implementation
Project Management: Hands on Project Management experience, good technology knowhow to lead design / development teams, good acumen in understanding business requirements, understanding of Agile, Incremental delivery models, experience in estimation of efforts, good hold on stake holder communication, multitasking.
Technology: Core Java or .Net language, any scripting language (e.g. Node js or Java script or Angular etc.), any messaging / Integration (e.g. APIs, REST, IBM MQ, JASON / XML formats etc.) any database (e.g. Mongo or Oracle or SQL), cloud knowhow.
