Sr. Automation Engineer - Production

This position requires travel to USA and potentially relocates to USA SMCI in 1 and half years.

• Proficient in at least one PLC program, HMI applications, operator interfaces, and machine control architecture.
• Proficient in industrial panel design, BOM parts selection, and motor commissioning.
• Proficient in at least one industrial robots commissioning, startup, debugging,

validation, and implementation activities.

• Troubleshoot controls, automation, robotics, electrical, and integrated

manufacturing systems.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment

reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.

• Occasionally travel to support equipment installation, startup, and project

implementation.

• Design, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems, HMIs and user interface software for automated manufacturing equipment
• Implement and integrate vision inspection systems (e.g., Cognex In-Sight, VisionPro, deeplearning where applicable)
