Sr. Business Analyst (BI) Company: Autovyn Consultancy Private Limited (CMMI Level 3 Appraised) Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3 - 5 years Job Description (JD) Project Manager / Sr. Business Analyst Department: Business Intelligence / Analytics Experience: 35 Years Location: Gurgaon / Jaipur Work Mode: Work from Office About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Sr. Business Analyst who has strong hands-on exposure to BI tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense. The candidate must have proven experience in handling enterprise-level projects and delivering them end-to-end , from requirement gathering to final deployment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, managing complex BI/analytics projects for large-scale organizations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage enterprise-level BI/Analytics projects from requirement gathering to end-to-end delivery Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional/technical specifications Oversee development and implementation of dashboards and reports using Power BI and Qlik Sense Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across large, complex projects Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, clients) at scale Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights Ensure quality assurance and testing of BI deliverables before final rollout Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for leadership Manage client/stakeholder communication and expectation setting throughout project lifecycle Identify risks and proactively resolve project roadblocks Take complete ownership of project delivery from initiation to go-live and post-deployment support Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field 35 years of experience in Project Management / Business Analysis role Proven experience handling enterprise-level projects with full end-to-end delivery ownership Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Qlik Sense (mandatory) Solid understanding of data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting concepts Experience with SQL and data modeling preferred Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills PMP/CBAP certification is a plus .
