Sr. Business Analyst (Data & Analytics)

We are hiring for Sr. Business Analyst (Data & Analytics). Its fully remote role in Mexico. Interested Candidates can apply via OCC.

Following is the Job Description :

?Must-haves:

• Professional English (C1 or higher). The candidate will lead stakeholder interviews and present findings directly to US business users. We will test this in the first call.
• 5+ years in enterprise data, reporting, or analytics business analysis. 6–8 years is preferred.
• Strong hands-on SQL, plus working use of Python, Databricks, and Power BI
• Experience with Oracle and/or Salesforce data schemas and mapping source systems into Databricks
• User stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps within Agile/Scrum teams
• A stable home office with reliable internet

Strong differentiators:

• Atlan or Sigma Computing
• Snowflake, or Databricks architecture exposure
• A data engineering or data science background
• Prior work for US enterprise clients, especially in manufacturing or distribution
