Sr. Business Process Manager Inkomen Collectief Role purpose
Lead and optimize end-to-end business processes for Inkomen Collectief , ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and measurable performance improvements across teams and systems. Core responsibilities - Own and continuously improve key income/collective domain processes from intake to delivery, monitoring, and reporting. - Translate strategy, customer needs, and policy changes into process design, governance, and execution standards. - Define process KPIs, controls, and documentation; drive data-informed optimization and root-cause analysis. - Align stakeholders (business, IT, risk/compliance, operations) and manage dependencies across the value chain. - Support change initiatives, including system enhancements, workflow automation, and implementation of new regulations. - Ensure process risks are identified, mitigated, and auditable; maintain adherence to internal and external requirements.
