The Senior Campaign Marketing Manager owns day-to-day campaign delivery across ERock’s verticals, translating the Senior Director of Marketing’s integrated plans into qualified leads, target-account engagement, and marketing-sourced pipeline. This role combines audience and channel strategy with hands-on execution, performance analysis, and management of a Campaign Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently run the campaign calendar and deliver acquisition, nurture, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across ERock’s verticals, meeting launch dates and agreed performance goals.
- Develop audience and segment strategies using Salesforce data, account insights, and sales input. Select channels and propose budgets within integrated campaign plans set by the Senior Director of Marketing.
- Personally write campaign briefs and copy for email, ads, social media, and landing pages. Guide freelance designers and other contributors, review assets, and verify accuracy before launch.
- Build, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, organic social, content syndication, and campaign landing pages. Manage targeting, creative tests, campaign flighting, and spending pace directly in channel platforms.
- Guide email segmentation, list selection, nurture flows, and testing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). Give clear build instructions to email support staff, review their work, and own email performance.
- Create and maintain Salesforce campaigns, campaign-member tracking, and reports. Measure qualified leads, target-account engagement, marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Regularly review results in advertising platforms, marketing automation, Salesforce, and Google Analytics 4. Improve in-flight campaigns through testing and timely adjustments; report findings and recommended actions.
- Work directly with sales on target accounts, lead quality, campaign follow-up, and opportunity progression. Recommend improvements to marketing operations based on results from existing Clay-supported qualification and routing workflows.
- Partner with the Event Manager on event promotion and follow-up through email, social media, and other relevant channels. Coordinate campaign timing and lead follow-up with event logistics and sales activity.
- Manage approved campaign and media budgets, track spending, and recommend reallocations for Senior Director approval. Identify needs for freelance or outside support and manage briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage and develop the Campaign Coordinator through clear priorities, coaching, and quality reviews. Assign work according to capability while remaining accountable for execution and results.
- Establish a consistent campaign review cadence and repeatable segment playbooks. Demonstrate progress in campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI during the first six months and beyond.
- Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
