Sr. CNC Milling Programmer
Senior Mill Programmer
Job Description:
1. Program and setup CNC milling machines (3-Axis and 5-Axis) as well as CNC Lathe using MasterCam.
2. Setup and optimize programs from other programmers
3. Design and make fixtures and tooling for CNC milling and lathe operation.
4. Develop manufacturing documentation (setup instructions, in-process measurement drawings and process control measurement charts, and work-piece loading and unloading instructions).
5. Perform in-process inspections.
6. Improve manufacturing process to reduce cycle-time and setup time, and improve repeatability and finish on milled and turned parts.
Qualifications:
1. CNC programming using Mastercam and CAD modeling using SolidWorks would be ideal.
2. Mechanical fabrication skills including drilling, turning, and milling.
3. Knowledge of precision machining requirements for Aerospace, Medical and Semiconductor industries preferred.
4. Experience working with Fanuc controllers.
5. Excellent communication skills
