Sr. Communication Expert (Social Media)

As Communication Expert – Social Media , you will help shape and strengthen the social media presence of Bnode and Bpost . Working closely with the Head of Reputation Content , you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation. You will translate corporate and strategic messages into engaging social media content, help grow our audiences and ensure that our communication is relevant, creative and adapted to each channel. You will also act as a social media expert and advisor across the organisation, helping us continuously improve how we communicate and engage with our different audiences. Your Responsibilities Manage and optimise our corporate social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok . Create engaging written and visual content adapted to different platforms and audiences. Develop creative formats including video, animation, infographics and interactive content . Identify relevant stories, trends and opportunities and proactively turn them into compelling content. Manage the social media content calendar and coordinate publication across different initiatives. Monitor engagement, comments and tags and take ownership of community management in collaboration with relevant internal teams. Analyse social media performance and use insights and data to continuously improve reach and engagement. Advise internal stakeholders on social media strategy, content and channel selection. Coordinate with social media contacts across Bnode, Bpost, Paxon and Landmark Global to encourage a coherent group approach. Ensure our social media presence reflects our brand identity, communication strategy and reputation. Contribute to the management and optimisation of our corporate digital channels, including the corporate website.
