Sr Compensation Analyst

Senior Compensation Analyst | Assurant-GCC

Position Summary

The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key player in the analysis and implementation of compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and structures for the organization. You will partner with People Business Partners, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to design, administer, and enhance compensation programs that support the company's talent strategy and pay philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, incentive programs, communications, reporting, and execution.
  • Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and job pricing to support competitive and equitable pay decisions.
  • Partner with HRBPs, managers, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready analyses, reports, dashboards, and presentations that support compensation-related decision making.
  • Support organizational changes, workforce planning initiatives, compensation transformation efforts, and process improvements.
  • Participate in compensation projects such as M&A integration, compensation governance, pay equity, and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions, including APAC, to support business priorities and compensation initiatives.


Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based in Argentina and follows a hybrid work model.

  • Expected to attend the office one day per week.
  • Primary schedule aligned with Argentina business hours.
  • Occasional flexibility may be required to support APAC stakeholders across different time zones.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of Compensation, Total Rewards, or related experience.
  • Experience with compensation analysis, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate compensation insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multinational or multi-country compensation programs.
  • Knowledge of compensation surveys, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity practices.
  • Experience supporting annual compensation planning processes.
  • Exposure to organizational change, transformation initiatives, or M&A activities.
  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, HR systems, or compensation technology.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
