Focus:

• Direct electrical infrastructure and MEP construction initiatives, guiding projects from early planning through final delivery.
• Establish project execution strategies that align construction milestones, available resources, financial targets, and client priorities.
• Oversee installation coordination for electrical distribution networks, backup power systems, and other critical building infrastructure.
• Partner with engineers, trade contractors, suppliers, and owners to address technical challenges and maintain construction progress.
• Track project expenditures, develop financial forecasts, and provide accurate reporting on budgets and overall performance.
• Evaluate construction documentation, field conditions, and installation activities to identify potential conflicts before they affect delivery.
• Promote safe construction practices while monitoring workmanship, regulatory requirements, and project quality.
• Build productive relationships with project stakeholders through consistent communication, practical problem-solving, and dependable execution.

Skill Set:

• At least 7–10 years of demonstrated success managing construction initiatives involving technical building systems, power-related installations, or specialized infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Up-to-date OSHA credentials or relevant safety training, along with a solid understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures within construction environments.
• Solid technical background in electrical and building systems, with the ability to navigate complex construction requirements and coordinate activities across multiple disciplines.
• Hands-on experience coordinating construction activities involving advanced electrical systems, power distribution infrastructure, and related technical installations.
• Proven ability to control project schedules, manage budgets, prepare cost projections, and communicate financial performance.
• Ability to interpret detailed project drawings, evaluate technical requirements, and navigate contractual and supporting construction documents.
• Demonstrated success overseeing diverse teams, maintaining efficient project coordination, communicating across various levels, and making informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
