Sr. Consultant - Recruitment

End to end recruitment involves :
Sourcing the candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and social media and job postings in the portal.
Scheduling the candidates for interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback.
Follow up with the candidate till they are on boarded.

Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors.
Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills which includes email etiquettes.
Should have knowledge working with General Staffing, Bulk Hiring, Bpo hiring.

Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Experience of 3 to 5 years.
