Marine Sourcing & Supply Chain Oversight: Mitigate risks associated with long-lead marine equipment and heavily imported materials by maintaining precise expediting controls.
Contractual Correspondence & Documentation: Draft flawless contractual letters, addenda, and official project notices. Establish an ironclad audit trail for all variations, amendments, and procurement packages.
Cross-Functional Synchronization: Maintain continuous coordination with the Commercial, Planning, and Site/Construction teams to align contractual obligations with physical site milestones and financial limits.
Claims Prevention & Defense: Analyze potential variations and contractual disputes proactively, providing structured technical-commercial feedback to defend the client's interests.
