We are seeking a hands-on Senior Solution Engineer to design, build, and operate robust cloud-native data and AI solutions. This role is ideal for experienced engineers who combine strong software fundamentals with deep practical expertise in AWS and Snowflake.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate production-grade data & AI solutions end-to-end.
- Develop scalable, secure, and well-governed pipelines across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Model and optimize Snowflake datasets for performance, consistency, and usability.
- Apply modern engineering practices: clean code, CI/CD, observability, secure development.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate delivery.
- Build cloud-native integrations and automation using AWS services.
- Own deployment, release, and production operations with strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software/Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
- Deep hands-on AWS and Snowflake expertise (certifications preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java.
- Familiarity with AWS AI services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock) and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools as part of daily workflow.
- Background in financial services is a plus.
