Sr. Developer – Application Development (Full-Stack)
Summary
Builds and maintains full-stack web apps using modern front-end and back-end stacks, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Designs, develops, and maintains scalable full-stack applications by integrating robust backend logic with modern front-end frameworks, ensuring seamless performance, security, and high-quality user experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Java, .NET, Python) technologies.
· Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate requirements into efficient, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
· Implement RESTful APIs, database models, and cloud-native integrations to support end-to-end functionality.
· Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and availability through efficient coding, caching, and testing practices.
· Conduct unit and integration testing, participate in peer code reviews, and maintain adherence to software engineering best practices.
· Optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage version control, and collaborate with DevOps for deployment automation.
· Stay current with emerging frameworks, architectural trends, and secure coding standards to drive modernization initiatives.
