Job Summary

This hybrid role is for a senior developer with seven to eleven years of experience working on Java based solutions integrated with Reltio Master Data Management and Reltio Integration Hub platforms. The role focuses on designing building and optimizing secure and scalable data management applications that improve data quality and reliability across the enterprise.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust Java services that integrate seamlessly with Reltio Master Data Management platforms to support critical enterprise data flows
  • Develop and optimize Reltio Integration Hub workflows that orchestrate complex data synchronization and transformation across multiple source and target systems
  • Build reusable Java components and integration utilities that simplify connectivity between Reltio environments and external applications while reducing maintenance effort
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements to translate them into detailed design documents and implementation plans for Java and Reltio based solutions
  • Configure Reltio Master Data Management entities survivorship rules and match logic to ensure consistent and trusted golden records across domains
  • Create and maintain data integration pipelines that handle high volume high quality data processing while meeting performance and reliability expectations
  • Troubleshoot production incidents by analyzing logs data flows and system metrics then implement corrective Java code or Reltio configuration changes
  • Collaborate with architects data engineers and product teams to align integration patterns coding standards and data management practices with organizational goals
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high standards of Java development security and performance in all deliverables
  • Develop automated unit tests and integration tests for Java components and Reltio workflows to improve defect detection and reduce regression risk
  • Prepare clear technical documentation for solution designs interface contracts and operational runbooks to support long term maintainability
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data quality issues and implement enhancements in Reltio and Java services that deliver measurable value
  • Participate in sprint planning estimation and status discussions to ensure predictable delivery of integration features in a hybrid work model

    • Qualifications

  • Apply strong proficiency in Java programming including object oriented design patterns exception handling and performance optimization to build reliable services
  • Use hands on experience with Reltio Master Data Management configuration including entities relationships attributes and survivorship strategies to implement data models
  • Employ practical knowledge of Reltio Integration Hub including pipelines connectors and scheduling features to design resilient integration processes
  • Leverage understanding of data models and normalization concepts to design scalable schemas and mappings that support complex business domains
  • Utilize experience with restful integration concepts and message based communication to connect enterprise applications through secure Java and Reltio solutions
  • Demonstrate strong English communication skills in reading writing and speaking to collaborate effectively in hybrid teams and document technical solutions clearly
  • Draw on seven to eleven years of professional experience to handle complex integration challenges prioritize tasks and deliver high quality outcomes in day shifts


    • Certifications Required

    Reltio MDM Consultant or Solution Architect Certification.
