Sr. DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and scale highly reliable, secure, and performant infrastructure supporting our AI and SaaS platforms. You will play a key role in building cloud-native systems, automation pipelines, and production-grade infrastructure at scale.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Cloud Infrastructure (Must Have):

• Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS (primary), GCP, and Azure.
• Build auto-scaling, high-availability, and performance-optimized systems.
• Design multi-region architectures with secure network segmentation (VPCs, subnets, NAT, peering, etc. ).
• Implement disaster recovery and high availability systems (RPO/RTO-based design).
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

Kubernetes and Containerization (Must Have):

• Deploy and manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters.
• Manage persistent volumes and storage systems at scale.
• Implement Kubernetes networking policies and best practices.
• Ensure production-grade reliability of containerized workloads.
• CKA certification preferred.

CI/CD and Automation (Must Have):

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity.
• Improve DevOps maturity using metrics like DORA.
• Automate release, deployment, and rollback processes.

Monitoring and Reliability:

• Implement observability systems for monitoring performance and system health.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Build proactive systems to prevent downtime.

Security and Compliance (Must Have):

• Integrate security practices (SAST, DAST, etc. ) into DevOps workflows.
• Ensure compliance standards and audit readiness.
• Manage security audits and remediation planning.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Expertise in Kubernetes at scale.
• Experience in designing HA/DR systems.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline implementation experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Ability to lead by example in hands-on technical execution.

Good to Have:

• Experience in AI / SaaS / high-growth startup environments.
• Exposure to large-scale distributed systems.
• CKA certification.
• Strong understanding of DevOps metrics (DORA).
