(Sr) Director of Global Procurement

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead our global procurement organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing worldwide sourcing strategies, driving cost optimization, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring supply continuity across multiple regions. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, extensive international procurement experience, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management on a global scale.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers while identifying new strategic suppliers worldwide.
Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and productivity improvement initiatives without compromising quality and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Business Units across multiple regions.
Manage supplier risk, business continuity planning, and supply chain resilience.
Lead commercial negotiations for strategic contracts and long-term agreements.
Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, geopolitical risks, and supply chain dynamics to proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and global procurement standards.
Develop procurement KPIs and provide regular reporting to executive management.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global procurement team.
