ABOUT THE JOB!

The Senior Electrical Engineer will research, model and develop designs using existing / new technologies for use in new and continuing programs for aircrew and groundcrew applications. This position encompasses the technical leadership of guiding new product development from Concept stage into Full-Rate Production.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• The individual shall possess a minimum BS degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related engineering / scientific field. Advanced degree preferred.
• The individual shall have at least seven (7) years of direct experience in product design and new product development
• Demonstrate strong ability to lead the transition of highly technical products from Concept stage to Production Readiness.
