Sr. Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sr. Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for research, designing, developing, and testing electrical components or systems for commercial, industrial or military use.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate computer-assisted engineering or design software or equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Develops detailed plans, statements of work, cost estimates and proposals for technical document production.
• Confer with engineers, customers, or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects or products.
• Participate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical/operational issues.
• Direct or coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.
• Develops and recommends new and/or modifications to documentation policies and procedures.
• Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating practices and procedures.
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, supporting their professional development, technical proficiency, and problem-solving capabilities.
