Summary
Develop scalable data pipelines and architectures to support production data needs, integrate and analyze data with Process Engineering, maintain databases, automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and document processes. Core technologies include Python, JMP, and data visualization tools.
- Data Infrastructure Development: Design and develop scalable data pipelines and architectures to support mass production data needs.
- Data Collection and Integration: Implement systems for collecting and integrating data from various production sources.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with Process Engineering to analyze production data, generate insights, and create reports to drive process improvements.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize databases to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Automation: Develop and implement automated data processing and analysis workflows.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data-related issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, systems, and protocols.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing.
- Knowledge of setting up Dashboards for Process Monitoring.
- Expert in statistical software e.g. JMP.
- Hands-On knowledge in Python and JMP scripting.
- Strong knowledge of process control systems, deviation management using data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
