Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd is the headquarter of Diodes Division, one of the world's leading manufacturers of discrete semiconductors--Diodes, Rectifiers and TVS. What you will be doing:

• To maintain process stability(module IPQC and wafer yield) of Fab metal related modules such as sputtering, sintering and evaporation.
• To initiate & execute on yield or quality improvement project and cost reduction project.
• To work on productivity, trouble shooting and capacity expansion projects.
• To support new production development such as new purchased machine installation & buyoff, recipe tuning, and new product mass production on yield improvement.
• To work on CIP programs to meet commitments for automotive customers.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in physics engineering, chemical engineering, material engineering or related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience as a process engineer/process integration engineer job, preferably from semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with Diode/MOS manufacturing process is preferred.
• Proficiency in quality control methods (SPC, DOE) and data analysis software is preferred
• Problem-solving skills and high compressive strength, well known quality control method.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
