We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with 4-6 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.

  • Design, build, and support RESTful APIs and microservices.

  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Drive technical discussions, contribute ideas, and take ownership of outcomes.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support business-critical production applications.

  • Apply secure coding practices and remediate vulnerabilities identified through security tools.

  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining code quality and security.

  • Ensure applications meet accessibility standards and best practices.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years of software development experience in enterprise environments.

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • Java, Spring Boot

    • Angular, TypeScript

    • REST API Development

    • Oracle, PostgreSQL

    • AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, EFS, CodePipeline, Lambda@Edge)

    • Docker, Kubernetes

    • Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness

    • New Relic, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools

    • Qualys, Contrast, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud, or similar security tools

  • Working knowledge of WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications. In this capacity, you’ll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyses, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards and best practices.

  • Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.

  • Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.

  • Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation.

  • Manages project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.

  • Additional responsibilities may include collaboration across teams and adherence to company standards.

May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.

Experience:
Two or more years of analysis and technology experience.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to Technology Manager – India or higher.

Working Hours:

Aligned to India business hours with flexibility for global collaboration.

Location Flexibility:

[Hybrid/Remote/In-office] with periodic in-office collaboration.
