The Apps team is in search of a high-energy and ambitious Engineering Project Manager. This role requires balancing a wide variety of deliverables that will rely on your talent for social engineering, managing priorities, and communicating progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of Engineering Project Management experience, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle.
- Project management experience focused on the development of enterprise applications.
- Experience managing projects using Agile software development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience.
- Genuine enthusiasm for technical challenges and a demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships across diverse teams to navigate delivery dependencies.
- Versatile problem solver with a strong analytical approach to complex environments; adept at deconstructing problems, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to solutions.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information for the right audience at the right time.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements, multiple concurrent programs, and fast-moving technology landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent formal project management credential.
- Experience working within large-scale, ecosystem-level software environments.
