Sr Engineering Recruiter- Energy & Power
This is a remote position.
If selected, you will be joining a successful team that works as an in-house recruiter for our US-based client. Our recruiters work in a fully integrated environment interacting and communicating directly with account managers and executives in the company.

- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the construction, engineering, environmental, and renewable energy sectors.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on either construction or environmental or renewable energy or power sector.
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates.
- Strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for engineering roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
