Sr Estimator

In this role, you will impact the profitability and competitiveness of Honeywell’s electrical projects by ensuring precise and timely cost estimates that support strategic decision-making and project execution.

• Lead and manage the estimation process for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop detailed electrical cost estimates
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and identify potential risks
• Review and validate subcontractor and vendor quotes related to electrical components and services
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators in electrical estimating practices
• Participate in bid review meetings and present cost estimates to senior management
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies related to electrical estimating

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably with a strong background in construction or industrial electrical projects
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in using electrical estimating software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to electrical project cost estimation
• Ability to interpret electrical project plans, specifications, and drawings accurately
