Sr.Estimator - Mechanical ( Data Centre)

The Senior Estimator – Mechanical is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical systems in data centre projects. The role involves detailed analysis of drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure precise costing of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems while aligning with project requirements and timelines.

• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for data centre projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Perform quantity take-offs and validate BOQs.
• Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations for technical compliance and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for inputs and clarifications.
• Prepare cost comparisons, value engineering proposals, and risk analysis.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.
• Ensure estimates are aligned with project scope, timelines, and client requirements.
• Maintain a database of historical costs, suppliers, and productivity norms.
• Support in preparation of tender submissions and technical/commercial proposals.
