(Sr.) Etch Process Engineer

Job description:
. To support Etch / Thin Film Product of Taiwan Business Management and provide the best responsive support to customers.
. To support equipment installation, start-up, qualification, and acceptance activities at customer sites.
. Performing process setup, recipe development, process tuning, optimization, and qualification at customer sites.
. Troubleshoot process-related issues through analyzing process data and equipment performance, and provide timely technical solutions to customers.
. Fully understanding customers’ requirements, give the Company and Division right information and guidance and significantly influence the product development.
. Working independently to deal with all the projects related to the tool.
. To support long term overseas working (US, EU, East Asia, etc.) upon business situation
