Sr. Executive - Loan Facilitation

• Assist in key loan processing activities to ensure timely and accurate Logins , loan approvals and disbursals.

• Support sales managers and their clients in the loan approval and disbursal process.

• Monitor loan documentation and processing activities to meet loan approval timelines and disbursal targets.

• Coordinate with lenders to facilitate loan processing and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the loan facilitation process.

• Maintain accurate records of loan processing activities and generate reports as required.

• Provide support to the team and assist in training new sales managers as needed.

• Proven experience in loan processing or a related field.

• Strong understanding of loan facilitation processes and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in Hindi is required to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role.
