Position Summary
The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A – eGaming will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making for Arrow’s rapidly growing electronic gaming business.
This position will partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Finance leadership, Operations, and Sales to deliver financial insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support key business initiatives. This is a strong opportunity for an analytical and motivated finance professional to gain exposure to executive leadership, private equity ownership, M&A integration, and a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.
This position reports to the Manager, FP&A – eGaming.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting for the eGaming business.
- Conduct financial analysis and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior year performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages for internal leadership and external ownership groups.
- Support the development and tracking of KPIs, operational metrics, ROI analysis, and business performance reporting.
- Assist with integrating acquired businesses, financials, and KPIs into existing reporting and planning processes.
- Participate in the preparation of executive presentations and financial reviews for senior leadership and private equity partners.
- Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Finance leadership, Operations, and Sales to support planning and business initiatives.
- Develop ROI and payback analyses for capital investments, pricing strategies, commission programs, and other business initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and informed decision-making.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and business projects as new opportunities and challenges arise.
- Communicate financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Support projects focused on improving financial systems, reporting processes, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data visibility, and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Use financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights that support business growth and scalability.
