Sr. Financial Specialist 財務高級專員

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Payroll and Insurance benefit processing: handles employee compensation, employer legal burdens, benefits administration, and monthly salary calculations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and government regulations
2. Accounting: ensure timely month-end book closing and preparation of financial reports in accordance with IFRS as well as local tax standards
3. Finance: collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across teams on finance-related matters
4. Provide management with timely, insightful, and accurate financial, tax reconciliation, and business transactions, including variance analysis, revenue recognition, and business performance reviews
5. Prepare rolling forecasts and variance analysis vs. actual results, track and monitor financial performance against forecasts
6. Contribute to the improvement of processes, tools, and automation for work efficiency
7. Prepare and assist with the required information for internal and external audits
8. Ensure compliance with management rules and the proper functioning of financial processes within the company
9. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

【Requirements】

• Degree in Accounting or Finance specified preferred
• Experience in CPA firms required
• Over 10 years of financial and payroll work experience, familiar with payrolling and local HR regulations
• Must detail oriented, and dedicating toward result oriented
