We are currently searching for a Sr Frontend Developer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, and reusable web UI components and micro frontends.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components.
• Drive the adoption of best practices for front-end development, code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Implement and manage client-side routing using React Router and lead performance optimization initiatives to ensure fast, responsive, and accessible web applications.
• Leverage Azure services for application deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Ensure adherence to code quality and security standards through tools such as SonarQube and Mend.
• Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices across teams.
• Support requirement analysis, solution design, estimation, and technical planning activities.
• Manage stakeholder and client interactions, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement within the team.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve product quality and development efficiency.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Proven experience as a Web UI Lead or Senior Frontend Developer driving technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components.
• Strong experience utilizing state management and data-fetching libraries such as Redux and React Query.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure, and CI/CD automation tools like GitHub Actions.
• Experience ensuring code quality and security using tools like SonarQube and Mend.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Lead a team of UI developers and coordinate sprint activities, deliverables, and technical reviews.
• Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance on complex implementation challenges.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for UI-related discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
