Sr. Full Stack Developer

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Strong Full-Stack Foundations:

• 7+ years of experience building web applications.
• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and Relational databases.

AI-Native, or Becoming One:

• You actively use modern AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar in your daily workflow.
• Comfortable going beyond autocomplete using AI for debugging, refactoring, multi-file changes, and end-to-end task execution.
• Interested in going beyond usage into building with AI (APIs, workflows, agents, integrations) over time.

Builder Mindset:

• You ship fast and iterate quickly.
• You care about outcomes, not just code in isolation.

High Ownership:

• Comfortable working in a small team with minimal structure.
• You take responsibility for what you build.

Product-Oriented Thinking:

• Interested in how systems impact users end-to-end.
• Willing to step outside strict role boundaries.

Bonus (good to have):

• Experience with GraphQL / Apollo.
• Experience integrating external APIs or third-party services.
• Experience building internal tools or automation systems.
• Exposure to AI APIs, prompt design, or LLM-based workflows.
• Contributions to open-source or side projects.
