Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Backbone.js, Node.js, API integration, and enterprise web application architecture.
The ideal candidate is an AI-native engineer who uses Agentic AI and AI coding assistants across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, code generation, unit testing, integration testing, deployment automation, production monitoring, and application maintenance.
This role blends strong frontend architecture skills with practical backend integration capability, enabling the developer to build scalable user experiences, connect securely with backend services, design API-first solutions, and contribute across the full application delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Frontend Application Development - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Backbone.js, HTML5, and CSS3 / SCSS.
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces aligned with enterprise design standards.
- Develop reusable UI components, frontend frameworks, component libraries, and design system patterns.
- Implement scalable frontend architectures using modern patterns such as SSR, SSG, PWA, and micro frontends.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, architects, backend engineers, and platform teams.
- Develop and integrate frontend applications with backend services, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and enterprise data platforms.
- Build lightweight backend services, middleware, API adapters, and integration layers using Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent frameworks.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, session management, and role-based access patterns in collaboration with platform and security teams.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data access patterns, query optimization, and application integration needs.
- Partner with backend teams to define API contracts, error handling patterns, caching strategies, and service-level integration standards.
- Use Agentic AI and AI coding tools to accelerate feature development, refactoring, code reviews, debugging, documentation, and impact analysis.
- Leverage AI agents for test generation, regression analysis, API validation, deployment readiness checks, and production issue triage.
- Establish practical guardrails and best practices for AI-assisted software engineering while maintaining security, quality, and maintainability.
- Drive adoption of AI-native development workflows across engineering teams.
- Develop comprehensive unit tests for frontend components, business logic, API integrations, and full stack workflows.
- Design integration testing strategies across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and external systems.
- Build automated E2E testing frameworks and regression suites using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and API testing frameworks.
- Use AI agents to generate, validate, and optimize test cases while ensuring high code coverage and reliability.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend and full stack application deployments using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Support blue-green, rolling, and canary deployment strategies in partnership with DevOps and platform engineering teams.
- Automate deployment validation, release readiness checks, environment verification, and rollback readiness using AI-assisted workflows.
- Improve deployment reliability through observability, monitoring, automated validation, and release governance.
- Monitor production applications, identify issues proactively, and resolve frontend, integration, and performance defects.
- Use Agentic AI for root cause analysis, incident triage, log analysis, and remediation recommendations.
- Implement observability, performance monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics across frontend and integration layers.
- Support application upgrades, framework migrations, dependency management, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers across frontend, full stack development, testing, DevOps, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, reusable component strategy, API integration patterns, and engineering standards.
- Promote modern frontend, full stack, testing, deployment, and AI-native software delivery practices.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of software engineering experience with strong frontend development expertise and practical full stack delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, Backbone.js, HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, and modern frontend architecture patterns.
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, backend services, and enterprise data sources.
- Working knowledge of Node.js and backend integration patterns, including middleware, API adapters, authentication, authorization, and error handling.
- Experience with Agile product development, CI/CD practices, code reviews, automated testing, and production support.
