Role Description
This Senior Full Stack Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position located in Guadalajara, JAL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front‑end and back‑end components of applications. Day‑to‑day tasks include collaborating with cross‑functional teams, ensuring responsive design and functionality, integrating complex systems, and troubleshooting issues. The engineer will play a key role in delivering high‑quality software solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back‑End Web Development and Full‑Stack Development
- Experience in Front‑End Development and working with CSS
- Solid understanding of Software Development principles
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
