Senior Fullstack Developer – Epiroc Mining India Private Ltd, Bengaluru

Join us as a Senior Fullstack Developer in our Research and Development department within the Corporate Units at Epiroc. This role is a pivotal technical position based in Bengaluru, where you'll contribute directly to advancing cutting-edge offboard automation and connected operations platforms in the mining industry.

About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications primarily using WPF, C#, .NET Core, React 18, and MVVM architecture. Your expertise will be critical in driving innovative software solutions that support sustainable mining operations globally.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and fellow developers to define and deliver features that delight users and meet stringent performance and security standards. Your scope will include both client and server-side development, integration of RESTful APIs and microservices, and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance development efficiency and test automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable .NET and ReactJS applications with a focus on high performance, security, and maintainability.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative, process-oriented culture that prioritizes continuous learning and Agile methodologies.
• Drive architectural design and provide technical leadership for distributed systems that leverage networking protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP to ensure scalable and secure communication.
• Implement robust software testing strategies, including automated integration and unit testing using frameworks such as XUnit, NUnit, or MSTest, incorporating AI agents to streamline the SDLC.
• Manage database operations utilizing SQL Server, Entity Framework, and NoSQL technologies for optimal application data handling.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum processes, potentially acting as Scrum Master, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Utilize AI coding assistants like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot effectively, incorporating context engineering and agentic workflows to accelerate development.
• Integrate third-party libraries and external services, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
• Identify and implement performance tuning and memory management improvements for smooth application execution.
• Champion secure coding practices aligned with industry standards to protect application integrity and data privacy.
• Collaborate on forward-looking technical roadmaps and influence architectural decisions that support sustainable innovation and time-to-market objectives.

Who We're Looking For

We seek an accomplished developer with a comprehensive skill set across front-end and back-end technologies. Your strong command of C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, React 18, and MVVM architecture will be foundational to success, complemented by proficiency in XAML, WPF animations, and asynchronous programming.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or Jenkins is essential. You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and thrive in Agile environments with excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Your familiarity with networking protocols and microservices architecture further strengthens your capability to build reliable distributed systems.
