We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team and provide hands-on technical support across client environments. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their career in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Systems, and Field Engineering, working directly with technology and resolving technical issues in real-world environments.
What You’ll Do
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Provide technical assistance and resolve incidents in client environments.
- Identify the root cause of technical issues and determine the appropriate solution or escalation path.
- Work with infrastructure and IT support tools to monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure and related technologies.
- Match technical resources and solutions to specific infrastructure requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems, Networking, or Field Engineering.
- Advanced English
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of networking, systems, hardware, and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical tasks.
