About the RoleThe Sr. Functional Consultant (FICO) acts as a key advisor to the business, translating business requirements into technology-enabled ERP solutions. The role involves strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration, business process understanding, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and manage detailed business requirements (user stories, features)
- Document as-is and to-be processes and identify improvements
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders
- Configure SAP FICO modules to meet functional requirements
- Support development teams with functional guidance
- Perform functional testing and defect management
- Create user documentation and training materials
- Provide production support and incident resolution
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ERP modules
- Mentor and guide junior consultants
