Technical Skill :-

• IWS TL Hands on experience in Installation / Configuration of Genesys IWS
• Strong Knowledge on Genesys platform SDK.
• Hands on experience in Genesys Administrator/GAX in performing installation / Configuration and tuning.
• Strong Knowledge on other Genesys framework Components and interfaces like Genesys WFM / iWS/CRM/recording.

1. Good comm skills are a big priority
2. Duration: 12+ Months
