Sr. Growth Product Manager
Summary
A senior product manager owning growth for Tithe.ly's church software: defining growth strategy and lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) and running A/B experiments with product analytics tools like Amplitude or PostHog. Also mentors PMs and leads cross-functional initiatives across a fully remote US team.
- Define and execute the product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and revenue growth.
- Own the growth lifecycle from acquisition through activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, identifying opportunities to improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, including new markets, pricing and packaging strategies, monetization opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Translate growth opportunities into clear product strategies and prioritized initiatives that can be executed across teams.
- Lead a continuous experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Define, track, and optimize key growth and business metrics, using data to understand funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use product analytics, behavioral data, and customer insights to develop hypotheses, inform decisions, and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
- Establish a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making across the product organization.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights into growth opportunities, market dynamics, customer behavior, and business performance.
- Mentor and coach Product Managers, helping strengthen strategic thinking, product execution, experimentation, and data fluency.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Finance teams to align product and go-to-market strategies and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring teams remain aligned around clear goals and measurable outcomes.
- Manage Complexity by gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources, identifying root causes, and turning complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- Communicate Effectively by clearly communicating ideas, decisions, and priorities to a variety of audiences and adapting their approach to meet the needs of different stakeholders.

- 5-7+ years of experience in product management roles with significant experience driving growth, acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.
- Proven track record of driving growth through product-led growth (PLG), e-commerce, or similar product-led environments.
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B and multivariate experimentation programs.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and behavioral data platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or PostHog.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into product strategy and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience building products in CRM, financial technology, or other complex B2B SaaS categories.
- Experience working in fintech, nonprofit technology, faith-based organizations, or other mission-driven software companies.
- We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year.
- A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
