1. review and propose spec for ToR switch and network devices
2. design Ethernet switch for Data Center and carrier applications
3. validation of switch and network device designs
4. resolve hardware issues
5. co-work with firmware and lab team
6. support manufacturing issue and production line setup
7. investigate and resolve quality issue from supplier and manufacturer
8. component sourcing and qualification
9. travel overseas for customer issue or product development
