Sr. Hardware Design Engineer_TC29330

1. Responsible for schematic capture, PCB layout review, BOM generation, debugging, and testing of server motherboards, backplanes, and add-on cards
2. Modify and enhance existing designs to improve performance, quality, and reliability of server products
3. Perform board-level testing, functional verification, and basic performance tuning using oscilloscopes and standard laboratory equipment
4. Collaborate with BIOS, firmware, validation, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design and quality issues at an early stage
5. Ensure products meet engineering specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
6. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including product specifications, layout guidelines, test procedures, and manufacturing handoff materials
7. Support smooth product transfer to manufacturing and provide technical support to contract manufacturers and production teams during sample and mass production stages
8. Offer technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
9. Perform other duties as assigned
